FITNESS Challenge

 

            Better Bodies Fitness Challenge is an exciting new program designed to motivate and educate our clients.  We offer expertise in all the important areas of fitness and weight loss.  The Fitness challenge is an all out blitz on the body’s fat storage.  We set every individual up for success through nutrition, cardio, supplementation, resistance and stabilization training.  Most importantly we provide motivation and a competitive aspect that pushes the mind and body to success.

 

            At the beginning of the challenge our 10-15 competitors are weighed and measured.  It is all about shrinking from here.  Your trainer then coaches you about proper nutrition.  Nutrition is the first step because it is going to be 75-90% of your results.  Next we get to work. The weight loss challenge is two one hour sessions a week.  These will be two intense cardio and strength training workouts.

 

            We mix cardio, strength, and stability training so that you get the most out of every work out.  Why work hard when you can work smart?  Our goal for each workout is to get every muscle group firing and burning calories.  You will learn the newest in stability and core training techniques, while developing an inner strength that will skyrocket your mental toughness and self image to new levels.  Your trainer is always aware of and focused on the changes you are making.

 

            We weigh in regularly throughout the program so you can see the results of your efforts.  We measure circumferences along with body fat so you get a true picture of your development.  The Better Bodies Fitness Challenge is an awesome way to get in shape and have fun doing so.
